The Big Muddy Bar Association is celebrating Law Day on May 1st 2007.
The Big Muddy Bar Association is sponsoring Law Day events in Bismarck and Mandan, North Dakota.
During the week of April 23, we have speakers going to fifth grade classrooms in Bismarck and Mandan. Nineteen speakers are scheduled for classrooms already!
On April 26, we will have a Law Day Luncheon. There will be presentations about Juvenile Drug Court by Justice Mary Muehlen Maring and District Judge Bruce Romanick. The attorney volunteer of the year will be recognized. The luncheon will be at the Municipal Country Club in Bismarck.
On April 27, we will host all the sixth-graders in Bismarck and Mandan for mock trials at the county courthouses. More than 25 mock trials will be held with at least two attorney volunteers for each mock trial.
