The International Emergency After 9/11 by Kim Lane Scheppele

After the September 11 attacks, the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution mandating that every member state change its domestic terrorism laws. In this article, Kim Lane Scheppele outlines the resulting anti terrorism campaign coordinated by an international body seeking change in domestic laws, and points out troubling consequences for constitutionalism around the world.
