REGISTRATION

Registration Form, Fee, and Deadlines

  • Registration Fee: $175

We are excited to again offer Leadership Conference participants a very reasonable registration rate. Please note that you must register whether you plan on attending the conference in part or in its entirety. We are unable to offer reduced "guest rates."

Leadership Conference registration includes the following:

1. Welcome packet, conference booklet, and workshop materials
2. Access to exhibitors
3. Access to all plenary sessions, workshops and receptions, including:

  • Thursday, January 26—Evening welcome reception and opening keynote (light supper served)

  • Friday, January 27—Lunch plenary featuring J. Robert Flores (OJJDP) and a Dialogue on Separation of Powers with local students, moderated by ABA President Michael S. Greco (lunch served)

  • Friday, January 27—Off-site evening reception / cultural event hosted by Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education (light supper served)

  • Saturday, January 28—Brunch plenary featuring closing keynote speaker (TBA) and the Isidore Starr LRE Award Presentation (brunch served)

E-Confirmations
Registration confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address specified on your registration form within 10 business days.

Hotel Reservations/Shuttle Service
The host hotel for the conference is the Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel (A Starwood Hotel). Reservations must be made by December 23, 2005, to qualify for the group rate. Please visit our hotel page for more information about reserving your room.

The Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel is located approximately 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and provides 24-hour, round-trip airport shuttle service. Remember to include your flight information when your make your hotel reservations.

Check-in and On-site Registration
Check-in for those who registered in advance will take place on the first floor of the hotel (across from the lobby lounge). The tentative schedule is as follows:

  • Thursday, January 26—2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, January 27—7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
We strongly encourage advance registration; however, we will conduct on-site registration during the times listed above.

Travel
All Leadership Conference participants are encouraged to reserve airfares as early as possible, as January is a popular month for travel to the Phoenix area. The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX).
