Silver Gavel Awards for Media & The ArtsThe overall purpose of the Gavel Awards is to recognize annually eligible entries from communications media that have been exemplary in helping to foster the American public's understanding of the law and the legal system.
Outstanding Law Day Activity AwardsThis program lets outstanding state and local programs get the national recognition they deserve. Awards are given to programs that have found creative ways of reaching out to schools and the community, and have forged strong partnerships with other groups to deliver the message about the benefits of the rule of law.
Judge Edward R. Finch Law Day Speech AwardsThis program focuses on original speeches that clearly enrich the public's understanding of law and appreciation of the role law plays in our society. We now accept video or audio tapes, as well as transcripts, for consideration.
Isidore Starr Award for LREThe Isidore Starr Award for Excellence in Law-Related Education was established in 1983 by the American Bar Association to recognize outstanding achievement in the field of law-related education (LRE).
