The material in all ABA publications is copyrighted and may be reprinted and/or reproduced by permission only. In some cases, a fee may be charged. To protect the integrity of our authors’ work we require that articles be reprinted unedited in their entirety.

Please note that reprint/reproduction requests for many of our Periodicals, Journals and Newsletters can be handled via the Copyright Clearance Center (www.copyright.com) and will be handled instantly.

The Copyrights & Contracts department makes every effort to respond in a timely manner and tries to accommodate special circumstances, however please plan ahead and request permission with ample lead time as we cannot guarantee an immediate response. Our standard response time is approximately 10 business days, if all information is received in advance. Your request will be delayed if the information supplied is incomplete, incorrect or missing.
