Therefore, we are pleased to dedicate the later afternoon of the Annual Awards Luncheon to gather together leaders of Women’s Initiatives to share information, exchange lessons learned, and ask each other important questions. We will discuss challenges and opportunities, future visions and directions and support each other to drive change. There will be time to speak with firms who are at similar points of development with their Initiatives as well as hear from leaders whose firms are at different places in their growth. At the end of this meeting we will have a sense of how The Profession as a whole is moving ahead with architecting a culture that supports women and men to succeed in whatever way each defines it and everyone will have a sense of their next steps. We are pleased that Karen B. Kahn of KM Advisors, a coach and consultant to many firms, has agreed to plan and facilitate this dynamic conversation. As women continue to become disengaged from their firms, it is inevitable that an enormous amount of talent will continue to be lost. Managing Partner Magazine's The Retention & Advancement of Women in Professional Service Firms has been designed to enable firms to meet these challenges and secure competitive advantage for your business.
