Lorraine Koc is General Counsel for a national retail chain, Deb Shops, Inc., which has over 3,000 employees in 41 states. Ms. Koc has a broad range of corporate legal responsibilities with an emphasis on employment matters. She also chairs the Corporate Counsel Committee (General Practice Section /ABA) and serves on the Employment Law Committee of the American Corporate Counsel. Ms. Koc is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and serves on the Board of Advisors for Penn State University (Abington College).

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Ms. Koc also earned her B.A. (with a double major in Economics and Political Science) and M. A. (in Public Policy) from Penn. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Society of Human Resource Management in addition to NAWL.
