BETH L. KAUFMAN

Beth L. Kaufman chairs her firm's product liability, mass torts and toxic torts practice, specializing in the defense of complex scientific matters for pharmaceutical and chemical companies. She also handles employment litigation defense, commercial litigation, other general litigation and family law matters. Ms. Kaufman chaired the ABA Section of Litigation's Products Liability Committee from 1999 – 2002. In August 2006, she will become a member of the Section of Litigation Council. She served on the Executive Committee of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York from 2000 – 2004, currently chairs its Committee on the Judiciary and serves on its Judicial Selection Task Force.
