 Margaret M. Foster is a partner at
McKenna Storer in Chicago, where she
concentrates her practice on toxic tort
and product liability litigation. She has
extensive experience in the
management of mass tort litigation,
including work as national coordinating
counsel in asbestos litigation. Ms.
Foster is a past president of the
Women’s Bar Association of Illinois,
and is currently serving on the board of
directors of the Illinois Association of
Defense Trial Counsel. She has served
in a variety of appointed and elected
