Dorian Denburg is Chief Rights-of-Way Counsel for BellSouth Corporation, a Regional Bell Operating Company. Its subsidiary, BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., is a telecommunications service provider.
Ms. Denburg leads BellSouth's nine-state legal team which negotiates, litigates, and participates in the legislative process relative to diverse public and private rights-of-way issues. She has successfully litigated numerous cases of first impression and has spoken extensively on rights-of-way issues before legal, national legislative, and municipal government organizations.
She has served charitable, civic and professional organizations and has valued her role in NAWL's Taking Charge of Your Career programs, spearheading panels on solidifying client relationships and how to become the "go-to" for in-house counsel.
Prior to joining BellSouth 16 years ago, Ms. Denburg litigated for seven years, concentrating in commercial and tax litigation. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester and the University of Miami School of Law.
