Peggy A. Davis is Associate General Counsel at Exelon Business Services Company in Chicago. Previously, she was a partner in the government relations and labor and employment practices in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn, where she represented corporate clients in state and local government relations, as well as corporate and public clients in public law matters. In her employment practice, she represented public and corporate employers in a broad range of employment matters as counselor, negotiator, and litigator, before administrative agencies and in state and local courts in Illinois.
Ms. Davis also has extensive experience in the public sector, including her service as Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Chicago Public Schools. She also served for nine years as general counsel to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority and worked for the City of Chicago Law Department and the Chicago office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
