NABE heads off to the Emerald City of Seattle for its Midyear Meeting. February 4-7, 2003. In addition to the technology and personal management programs being offered by the Administration & Finance Section’s Technology Show, the NABE Program Committee has planned a customer service focused program that will offer practical advice for working with staff and volunteers to meet challenge of service excellence.
