This session also will include examples of how IT staff have been used to improve bar operations.

Synopsis: This program will ensure that you have the tools to effectively implement and oversee outsourcing in your bar. Topics will include how bars should decide whether to outsource their functions and resources, ways to assess proposals from outsource vendors, what to include in an outsourcing contract, and how to evaluate the effectiveness of outsourcing services.
