Luminary Awards

Luminary Awards recognize outstanding work among bar communications professionals nationwide. Awards are presented in the following categories to small, medium, and large bar associations:

Three awards will be given in each of those four categories: one for large bars with more than 15,000 members; one for medium-sized bars with more than 5,000 but less than 15,000 members; and one for small bars with a membership equal to or less than 5,000.

Luminary Awards 2008: Let Your Best Work Shine

Get the recognition you deserve for your outstanding work through the NABE Communication Section's 2008 Luminary Awards program. Entries are being accepted now.

The Luminary Awards provide the best opportunity for your boss, your board, your members and your colleagues to appreciate your good work. Entering is free and easy, just go to http://www.dcbar.org/luminary and fill out the form.

This year's awards include a new category to recognize the growing body of work in electronic communications. Entries in 2008 will be judged in the following categories:

Entries from small, medium and large bar associations will only compete against similar sized bars.

The deadline for entries is Friday, May 30, 2008. But don't wait until then.
