Jane K. P. Tam devotes substantially all of her practice to representing corporate clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 corporations. She represents private and public companies as well as underwriters in public offerings and private placements of securities, debt financings, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, exchange offers, shelf registration of securities, resales of restricted securities, venture capital financings and credit facilities. Ms. Tam also counsels public companies on disclosure issues, shareholder relations and compliance with the federal and state securities laws, the rules and regulations of the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ and other major stock exchanges. Ms. Tam also represents a number of multi-national corporations that do business in Asia. Ms.Tam worked in the Pacific Rim in the early 90's.
