representing chapter 11 debtors, trustees, unsecured creditors,
creditors' committees and secured creditors in the contexts
of bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, commercial litigation
and domestic and international business transactions. Mr. Pagay
has concentrated his practice on chapter 11 business reorganizations,
and also has advised clients in out-of-court restructurings
of debt and in the acquisition of assets from distressed companies.
