Ms.
Lee’s work has included a range of lending work for borrowers
and lenders, main property acquisitions and dispositions, and
leasing. She has undertaken substantial housing work, including
affordable housing developments involving the Low Income Housing
Tax Credit and represents a joint venture undertaking HOPE VI
public housing redevelopment projects in New Haven, Pittsburgh
and Stamford. Ms. Lee also undertakes a considerable amount
of development permitting work, particularly in the Boston area.
She recently completed permitting a $400 million multi-use complex
in downtown Boston, a downtown hotel, an academic research building
and institutional master plan, and a mixed-use project in Boston’s
Chinatown. Ms. Lee is a past president of the Asian-American
Lawyers Association of Massachusetts; a member of the Council
of the Boston Bar Association; and a board member of the National
Asian Pacific American Bar Association Law Foundation. |
