Ken Anderson is a Partner in the
Employment & Labor and Product Liability & Tort Litigation
Practice Groups. Located in the Los Angeles office, he is
an experienced litigator with significant mediation, arbitration
and trial experience. His practice encompasses cases involving
commercial litigation, fraud, wrongful termination, FEHA,
construction defect, product liability, toxic torts, premises
liability, real property disputes, claims under the Americans
with Disabilities Act and employment law.
Mr. Anderson has successfully designed and implemented programs
to cost effectively manage recurrent tort claims for Southern
California Water Company and Carl Karcher Enterprises. Throughout
his years of practice, he has achieved favorable results in
mediations, arbitrations and jury trials even in instances
where liability was conceded.
Mr. Anderson has given numerous presentations throughout California
to clients to educate them in various aspects of the law with
a focus on proactive claims avoidance. He has been invited
to speak at the CAOC Convention and is also an instructor
in the firm's Advanced Trial Skills Course, which is a unique
course consisting of an intensive, six week program that enables
attorneys to gain an a refined understanding of the nuances
of effective trial practice and procedure. In 2002, Mr. Anderson
was invited to Tokyo, Japan to do a series of seminars on
product liability prevention. |
