Other Entities
- The ABA Diversity Center is intended to facilitate the coordination of resources and efforts between the three ABA entities whose purposes are most directly related to issues of racial and ethnic diversity.
- The Advisory Council on Diversity supports issues related to the "pipeline" and encouraging more minorities to pursue a career in law.
- Council on Racial and Ethnic Justice servea as a Catalyst for eliminating racial and ethnic bias in the legal profession and in the justice system with a focus on systemic change.

- Bar Services a clearinghouse and resource for minority and general purpose bar associations. They have a Guide to Bar Association Diversity Initiatives available for download.
- Judicial Division has a Standing Committee on Minorities in the Judiciary.
- The Law Student Division has a diveristy initiative page.
- The Public Education Division of the ABA has a section called "Raising the Bar: Pioneers in the Legal Profession" which profiles minority trailblazers.
- Senior Lawyers Division has a Committee on Diversity
- Young Lawyers Division has a Diversity Team and scholarship opportunities

- Business Law and has a large Committee on Diversity with several subcommittees.
- Dispute Resolution Section has a Committee page listing a Diversity Committee
- The Section of Family Law has developed a diversity policy
- The Section of Environment, Energy and Resources has a Minority Fellowship Program and a Native American Resources Committee.
- General Practice, Solo and Small Practice Section has a Diversity section of their website which has lots of information of interest including their Diversity Fellows Program.
- Intellectual Property Law Section
- Section of International Law and Practice has a Goal IX Committee to focus on diversity initiatives.
- Labor and Employment Law Section has The Equal Opportunity in the Legal Profession Committee and a Diversity Plan
- Legal Education has a Diversity in Legal Education Committee
- Litigation has a Minority Trial Lawyer Committee. Their Gender, Racial and Ethnic Bias Task Force has also set up a Fairness in the Courts website
- Real Property, Probate and Trust
- Taxation Section has a Diversity committee.
- Tort Trial and Insurance Practice has a Committee on Diversity in the Profession as well as a Scholarship program designed to increased participation of minorities (among other underrepresented groups) TIPS members

- The ABA/CLE has a Women and Minority Speakers Bureau
- The Council on Legal Education Opportunity has a list of Financial Aid Programs for Minorities and Disadvantaged Students in Law School
- The Forum on Construction Law offers a Women & Minority Lawyer Fellowship.
- The Fund for Justice and Education gives substantial funding to our Commission and is the home of the ABA Legal Opportunity Scholarship Fund.
- Office of Justice Initiatives has a publication called Racial and Ethnic Bias in the Justice System
- Commission on Women co-sponsors our MWAN program
