The Task Force submitted three reports with recommendations to the 2003 Annual Meeting of the ABA House of Delegates. Recommendations in one report were amended, and the House adopted all three reports as ABA policy. Access the reports here:

About the Task Force
The Task Force on Corporate Responsibility examined systemic issues relating to corporate responsibility arising out of the unexpected and traumatic bankruptcy of Enron and other Enron-like situations which shook confidence in the effectiveness of the governance and disclosure systems applicable to public companies in the United States. For the task force's final report, a complete record of oral and written testimony submitted to the task force in public hearings, and additional information resources visit the task force Web site.
