October 2 – 3 National Institute on Securities Fraud, Arlington, Va. Backdating convictions and the subprime meltdown spurred a resurgence of financial fraud investigations and a continuing wave of international securities fraud enforcement actions. The National Institute on Securities Fraud will provide insights on what to expect next in the securities arena and how to prepare for these changes.
