Nominees must review and agree to the Code of Election Regulations before accessing the nomination form. All candidates for elected office are required to follow the Code of Election Regulations.

Appointed positions are not elected and, therefore, not governored by the Code of Election Regulations. Appointed positions include the Student Editor to Student Lawyer magazine, Entity Liaisons and National Student Directors.

Candidates must be an ABA Law Student Division Member whose dues are paid in full for the 2007-2008 Association year at the time of nomination in order to be certified as a candidate for office. If you are not a member, or if your dues have not been paid in full, your nomination be will disqualified.
