Service Charges
The Law Student Division will charge a $50 service charge for each incident identified below:

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Law Student Division's Chicago office at nc@staff.abanet.org by Friday, Sepgember 19, 2008. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after September 19, 2008.

Intraschool and Regional Competition Problems
Payment must be received before the ABA Law Student Division will distribute the Intraschool Problem to your school.  The Regional Problem will be distributed three weeks prior to your regional competition. The Negotiation Competition Subcommittee will make every effort to notify schools of their regional assignment by October 13, 2008.

Informational DVD
To help you prepare for winning this year’s competition, the ABA Law Student Division offers two versions of the 2006-2007 Negotiation Competition Championship Round DVD. One version captures last year’s National Championship Round in its entirety -- including the winning team’s self analysis and the judges' evaluations. The second version contains the 2006-2007 National Championship Round and the 2006-2007 Regional and National Problems, including confidential information for both sides and the judges’ summaries. Your computer must have a DVD drive in order to view and print the competition problems. Click here to purchase your copy of the 2006-2007 Negotiation Competition National Championship DVD. The 2007-2008 DVDs will be released over the summer.

Future Correspondence
All further correspondence will be sent to the designated Contact Person. Confirmation, in the form of the Intraschool Problem, will be sent after your payment has been received.
