Please complete the form below so that ABA membership can be confirmed and your team's certificates of participation can be created.

All Participant Name Forms must be submitted to the ABA Law Student Division on or before the Friday that is two weeks before the school's regional competition. Schools competing over the February 7-8 weekend must submit the form by January 23. Schools competing over the February 14-15 weekend must submit the form by January 30.

IMPORTANT: All competitors at the regional competitions are required to be members of the American Bar Association. (Canadian competitors are excluded from the ABA Law Student Division membership requirement, but must still complete this form.) U.S. students must input their ABA ID number in order for the system to accept the form.

To join the ABA Law Student Division, please call the Service Center at 1.800.285.2221, charge the $25 membership fee to a credit card, and receive your membership identification number while on the call. If time permits (minimum of five business days), students may join online at http://www.abanet.org/lawstudent.

The ABA Law Student Division must access the member record in order to verify each student’s eligibility to compete. Therefore, it is critical that each Participant Name Form contain the correct member identification number for all students on each team.

Certificates of Participation will be generated using the names of schools and individuals exactly as they appear on this form. Accordingly, please double check your spelling and advise of any school name corrections in the comments section.
