The primary ABA Representative and the SBA President (hereafter referred to as Delegates) from each ABA-approved law school who are current members in good standing of the ABA Law Student Division (a member in good standing is one who has paid his/her 2009-2010 ABA Law Student Division dues in full) are eligible for certification to participate in the election of the Governor in their Circuit. A principle delegate who is not an ABA Law Student Division member, but wishes to vote in the election must join the ABA in order to be certified to vote. Otherwise, he/she may proxy his/her vote to another law student from his/her law school, provided that law student is a fully paid member of the ABA Law Student Division. Proxies must present signed, written authorization from the principle delegate, preferably on school letterhead stationery, in order to be certified.

Program
The ABA Law Student Division Grant
Program provides financial and program support each year to student
organizations of ABA-approved law schools to establish programs/activities
which emphasize diversity, ethics, professionalism training and public
interest/service activities.
Representatives
Fund
A limited amount of funding is available to ABA Representatives
from the ABA Law Student Division to increase membership at their law school and to assist the representative attend circuit meeting when school funding is insufficient. Tell me more

A limited amount of funding is available to ABA Representatives
from the ABA Law Student Division for expenses directly related to membership activities such as refreshments, prizes and other items associated with your membership drives. Tell me more
