Section members have the opportunity to take an “active” role in LPM by volunteering their skills and time. Active members receive additional resources by developing invaluable working and social relationships, having the opportunity to share practice management knowledge with others and planning educational materials and programs. Attend an upcoming meeting to meet other members and experience your LPM membership in an enlightening environment.

LPM Fellows Program
Each year the ABA Law Practice Management Section (LPM) offers positions in its Fellows Program. Through this Program, LPM expands its strong commitment to recruiting and developing new lawyers, into future leaders of LPM and increasing the diversity of its members.
LPM’s Leadership selects at least two applicants each year to serve two-year terms as Fellows and are required to attend the LPM Fall and Spring Meetings. Fellows are provided a generous reimbursement policy to enable them to travel to meetings. They are appointed to LPM Boards or Committees which directly affect LPM’s strategic direction and service to its members. Through their participation, Fellows receive the experience and guidance needed to prepare them for positions of leadership with LPM and the ABA. For more details on the program, please download the description.
The deadline for the 2009-2010 ABA year has already passed. For questions or further information regarding the Program please contact Mary Beth Thede.
