Join the LPM Section as it steps back in time to the 18th-century in Williamsburg, VA.

On Thursday and Friday, May 3-4, all LPM Members are encouraged to meet and share ideas to facilitate the goals of the four practice core group meetings, and several committee meetings. These meetings are open to everyone.

On Thursday at 2:00 p.m., the E-lawyering Task Force will offer an educational session at William & Mary School of Law and at 5:00 p.m., will be a presentation at the school's Courtroom 21. The Section's Gathering Reception will follow at the National Center for State Courts. During the lunch on Friday, a special plenary session will feature guest speakers who will discuss lawyer leadership. ABA Women Rainmakers will host an educational program on Friday at 2:00 p.m. with a reception to follow. On Saturday at 6:00 p.m., experience a historic Courthouse re-enactment with costumed character interpreters. There is plenty of opportunity to network during the LPM Breakfasts, Group Lunches, receptions, and a Colonial dinner on Saturday evening.

While in Williamburg, be sure to witness the living history museum with more than 500 original and reconstructed public buildings, private homes, shops and taverns and costumed characters roaming the grounds. Attendees may want to visit the Williamsburg Winery, Williamsburg Soap & Candle Company, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Hauntings of Williamsburg, or nearby historic Jamestown and Yorktown.
