Initiate an Adobe E-mail Review

Getting quality feedback on a document — whether it's a legal report, marketing brochure or financial presentation — is never easy, especially if your team is spread across different locations. Acrobat 7.0 Professional lets your colleagues raise their hands and get valuable comments back to you — whether they're down the hall or halfway around the world.

To email a PDF document for review:

  1. Open the document you want to send for review.
  2. In the Tasks toolbar, choose Send for Review > Send by Email for Review. If the Tasks toolbar isn't showing, choose View > Toolbars > Tasks. This brings up a "Send by Email for Review" wizard. The current open file will appear in the "Specify a PDF File to Send by Email for Review" box.
  3. Leave this file, or choose a different one. Click the "Next" button.
  4. Enter the email address for each individual to whom you want to send the PDF for review.
