MCLE Credit

Accreditation has been requested for this program from every state with mandatory continuing legal education. Please check with your state agency for confirmation of approval for any programs.



Cancellation Policy

Requests for registration fee and/or social event refunds must be made in writing and received at the ABA Section of Litigation office on or before April 2, 2010.  You may fax your request to Matthew Thurman at (312) 988-6234.  There will be an administrative fee of $50 deducted from the refund. After April 2, 2010, cancellation requests will not be honored.  The ABA reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.  Refund requests will be processed 30 days after the meeting concludes.
