How I Learned to Litigate at the Movies
CLE TeleConferenceCo-Sponsored
From Anatomy of a Murder and To Kill a Mockingbird to My Cousin Vinnie, the movies are infatuated with trials and trial lawyers. After all, there's inherent drama in the trial process--and sometimes even humor. And in turn, lawyers often point to film to help make their points about how to litigate effectively. This ABA Journal article and teleconference will ask several leading trial lawyers to discuss their favorite trial film and what it teaches about effective trial techniques. If you are unable to participate in the live teleconference, the program is available, on the following Monday after the teleconference date, at no cost, on the ABA CLE Web Site or as a podcast.
