This is the seventh annual Regional CLE Workshop focusing on litigation issues in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. This year’s Workshop will address nanotechnology; updates on preemption; developments in the federal laws governing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers; supplier quality and outsourcing risks; and much more!

MCLE Credit
CLE credit has been requested from MCLE states with general requirements for all attorneys. Each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of CLE. Therefore, certain programs may not receive full credit in some states. Please check with your state bar for confirmation of the program’s approval.
