Critical Trial Skills for Legal Services Attorneys

We would like to invite you to participate in a FREE, three day skills training workshop at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation training facility. This masters class is modeled on the National Institute for Trial Advocacy format, with emphasis on student performance, faculty critique, and video review.
Some of the topics covered include:
- Developing a Theme
- Introduction and Use of Exhibits
- Direct and Cross-Examination
- Impeachment
- Opening Statements
- Closing Argument
CLE Credit
19.25 hours of MCLE credit have been requested in 60-minute states, and 23.1 hours of MCLE credit have been requested in 50-minute states.
Accreditation has been requested for this program from every state with mandatory continuing legal education requirements for attorneys. Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of CLE. Certificates of Attendance will be available at the conclusion of the program for both attendees and faculty. Please call 312-988-6714 two to three weeks prior to the program for questions pertaining to the number of credit hours requested.
Attendance is required each day by all registrants.
