Litigation Series CLE TeleConference
Is your workforce legal? With the focus on illegal immigration lately, you might think that’s all there is to having a legal workforce. But immigration is only one part of the equation, and no employer can have a legal workforce without addressing the civil rights and employment discrimination laws too.
Are you aware of what it takes to have a legal workforce? Are you prepared to deal with the litigation and other issues that can arise if you don’t know the facts? Whether you are an outside labor and employment law attorney, immigration attorney, or inside counsel, this program will provide substantive information about the applicable federal statutes and also focus on compliance and enforcement issues.
