Advanced Workshop for Corporate Counsel: How to Get the Best Out of Alternative Fee Arrangements

Tuesday, August 11, 2009

Litigation Series CLE TeleConference

Program Description

In this economic downturn, everyone is talking about alternative fee arrangements and how to get the best value from their outside law firms.  This program will identify best practices for corporate counsels who are looking for ways to reduce legal fees without compromising quality or results.  This program will address:

  • What types of alternative fee arrangements have been successfully used?
  • What factors are important in developing and executing effective alternative fee arrangements?
  • What arrangements have proven to work in complex, high-stakes cases?

Hear from a distinguished panel of corporate counsel who have successfully put into practice alternative fee arrangements in cases as routine as employment cases to complex cases such as class actions and patent infringement cases.
