Sink your teeth into a rigorous two-day trial training program with renowned litigators, jurists, and academics including Kim J. Askew, Hon. Marvin E. Aspen, Ruth Bahe-Jachna, Robert Clifford, Hon. Mark A. Drummond, Patrick Fitzgerald, Terence MacCarthy and Stephen Susman – hosted by the ABA Section of Litigation.
Class size is limited to 40, providing you with an exclusive, private, and safe environment to learn and practice:

- Examination of Witnesses
- Jury Selection
- Direct and Cross Examination
- Closing Arguments
- Building Themes and the Art of Persuasion
You will spend two full days with outstanding attorneys and learn their secrets. Plus, you will have opportunities to practice and apply your skills in small workshops with video footage and peer critique.
Cost of the program includes breakfasts and lunches and a cocktail reception—giving you plenty of opportunities to socialize with top dogs.
