Spotlight on: Ethics Subcommittee

This subcommittee focuses on ethical issues of particular interest to the trial lawyer. This subcommittee develops CLE programs on ethics issues. For example, at the ABA Annual Meeting held in Atlanta in August of 2004 co-chairs of this subcommittee organized and participated in a program entitled, Taking the Oath: Practical and Ethical Considerations in Witness Preparation [PDF]. The subcommittee also writes articles on ethics issues for our Committee newsletter. For example, co-chairs of this subcommittee wrote an article entitled, Changing the Deposition of a Witness [PDF], which is published in the Winter 2004 edition of our Committee newsletter.
