Message from the Chairs

Thank you for visiting our website, which we hope will provide valuable information to you. In the coming months, we will continue to include and update substantive material and helpful links for your practice. We now have complete information on our new subcommittee structure leadership roster. If you are not currently a member of our committee, we encourage you to sign up.

In addition to the information we provide on the website, our quarterly newsletter is filled with scholarly and practical tips on evidence issues, for lawyers with varying levels of expertise. The Committee is also a frequent sponsor of programs. For example, our committee recently sponsored two programs at the Section Annual Conference on April 16-18, 2008 in Washington, DC - one on trying your first case, and the other on effective advocacy to different tribunals. In addition, for the upcoming ABA Annual Meeting in New York City in August, we will be presenting a program on electronic evidence.
