Announcement: Website Editorial Board
The Pretrial Practice & Discovery Committee is seeking authors and editors to serve on its Website Editorial Board, which will be responsible for developing and publishing articles and research tools on cutting-edge topics such as electronic discovery, as well as traditional Pretrial Practice & Discovery topics such as depositions, experts, privileges, and damages. This is a great opportunity to get involved, network with some of the country's best practitioners, and to build a valuable resource for active litigators.
