The Health Law Litigation Committee is concerned with any health care issue that finds its way into the courts and administrative proceedings. The Committee focuses the litigation areas affected by the changes throughout the health care industry, including professional negligence, privacy, credentialing, electronic discovery, managed care, as well as fraud and abuse. In addition, we regularly present and sponsor CLE programs at the Section meeting.

Like all Section Committees, we operate through subcommittees. A particular Committee need is volunteers to operate and staff our website and newsletter subcommittees.
