Call for Submissions
The Expert Witnesses Committee is seeking contributors to its website and publications.
We solicit your help by providing us recent cases of interest in your state
or federal circuit that pertain to expert witnesses, along with articles and
research tools in all areas of interest involving expert witnesses. This can
include topics such as selecting expert witnesses, obtaining expert reports,
and getting expert testimony admitted, among others. We welcome any articles
for either the web page or our newsletter, along with other resources, including
topical links to other expert witness resources. This is a great way to get
involved, network with some of the best practitioners in the country, and build
a valuable resource for litigators. If you have cases of interest, articles,
