New Feature: Case Notes

We launch our case notes area with analysis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upholding a lower court’s decision barring the New York Attorney General from investigating national banks for potential violations of New York’s fair lending laws.


In the News: New York Attorney General Sues First American

On November 1, 2007, a lawsuit was filed by the New York Attorney General, Andrew M. Cuomo, in the Supreme Court of the State of New York against First American Corporation and its subsidiary, eAppraiseIT, a real-estate appraisal company.
