Spotlight on: Technology/Website Subcommittee

The Technology Subcommittee is in charge of the Committee's website and Listserv and is committed to improving its members' understanding of the ways in which technological advancements may enhance their conduct of litigation. Bankruptcy Courts are on the cutting edge of technological developments in the legal profession through the use of websites, PACER and e-filings. To this end, we encourage members to submit their own original technology-related articles to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Committee Newsletter; inform us of their original articles published elsewhere to which we can direct members through links on this webpage or provide us with their articles for inclusion on the website; provide us directly with updated links to technology-related products, services, and websites that they have found particularly interesting or useful in their practice; and give us suggestions for possible technology-related programs, events, or other activities. And, of course, we invite all members to contact us if they are interested in becoming personally involved in Subcommittee or Committee activities.
