ABA Section of Litigation
Alternative Dipute Resolution

Newsletter: Submit an Article

Dear ADR Committee Member:

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Section of Litigation is looking for our members to "step up" by contributing articles for the next issue of Conflict Management, our Committee's publication.

What subjects are "fair game" for your articles? The Committee is interested in articles that address any of the cutting-edge issues that arise across the entire spectrum of alternative dispute resolution, including both arbitration and mediation, domestically and internationally. If you have an article topic in mind to write about, or have recently written an article and are debating where you might like to submit it for consideration, we welcome receipt of the submission, and will let you know as soon as we can after we receive it if we would like to include it in the next issue of Conflict Management.

What types of articles get published? Take a look at the past issues of Conflict Management to give yourself the flavor of the publication, which you can be found here.

How long should the submissions be? Ideally, between 1,600–3,300 words, with endnotes (however, try your best to limit your use of endnotes).

To whom should you send your submissions? Send them to Manjit Gill, and if you have any other questions about the process, contact Manjit.

Best regards from the Newsletter Editors,

Manjit, David and Annette
