The Ethics Department of the Center for Professional Responsibility
A center for study, development and implementation of model legal and
judicial ethics standards. The Department's intense scholarly research
supports a nationally prominent publication effort providing education
to the bench, the bar and the public. Members of the Department counsel
the ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility,
reporting on important developments in legal ethics and drafting revisions
to and interpretations of model ethics standards.
