Have you wanted to do something to help New Orleans fully recover from Hurricane Katrina? Here's your chance...Even though the city itself is making a full recovery from the “storm”, some outlying areas are still in need of some TLC – with that in mind, the 2008 Roundtable has organized a special service project so you can help through the Beacon of Hope nonprofit organization. The mission of the organization is to bring home the residents of New Orleans to something beautiful! After the conference adjourns on Sat. a bus will be ready and waiting to pick up those Roundtable Volunteers at 1 pm. The location will be determined as the conference gets closer, however, you can expect to participate in a neighborhood beautification project – painting, landscaping, general cleaning up! The project will last from 1:00 – 5:00 pm, with transportation being provided back to the conference hotel.
