Regulatory Scheme: Wyoming Rules now permit a lawyer to state or imply that he or she is certified as a specialists if the lawyer has been certified as a specialist by an organization that has been approved by the Wyoming State Bar and the name of the certifying organization has been clearly identified in the communication. No mechanism for approving organizations has yet been developed.
