The Access to Justice for All Task Force of the State Bar of Michigan is a new department in the state bar encompassing all issues related to access to justice with special attention given to the needs of low- and moderate-income persons. The director staffs the following committees: Access to Justice For All Task Force and its subcommittees (Pro Bono, Technology, Service Delivery, Resource Development); Pro Bono Involvement Committee; and liaisons with the Legal Aid Committee, Lawyer Referral Committee, and Prepaid Legal Plans Committee. She is also responsible for working with the legal services programs in Michigan to develop an integrated delivery system for legal services. The director reports to the executive director of the state bar.
