The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) Pro Bono Project was initiated in 1981 to assist local bar associations in developing and implementing pro bono programs and to encourage lawyers to provide pro bono representation. The project is currently a part of the CBA Department of Public and Legal Services and sponsors an annual conference, awards program, pro bono month and an honor roll.
