Center for Pro Bono Clearinghouse
The Center for Pro Bono maintains an extensive clearinghouse library of over 4,000 documents (articles, reports, studies and news clippings) pertaining to pro bono related matters with a focus on pro bono program management. Each document is summarized and recorded in the Clearinghouse database which is now searchable from the web.
Child Custody and Adoption Project Clearinghouse
The ABA Child Custody Pro Bono Project helps design and implement programs and policies regarding marital and non-marital private custody and adoption that foster children's well-being, development and safety, and that provide children meaningful participation. Its primary goal is to increase the number of children receiving quality representation, in particular from pro bono attorneys.

The National Directory of Pro Bono Programs will list programs in each state. Aside from address and general contact information, the listing will identify which counties are served by the program and what areas of law are addressed. This directory is geared towards the needs of pro bono program managers and staff, those who seek pro bono assistance as clients should use the resources available to them at www.findlegalhelp.org
Directory of Law School Public Interest and Pro Bono Programs
The ABA and the AALS have joined forces to publish this directory to provide current information, in a centralized and web-accessible format, on law school public interest and pro bono programs and curricula.

A Special Publication of the ABA Commission on Youth at Risk and the ABA Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service, in partnership with the Legal Marketing Association and LexisNexis.
Pro Bono Clients: Strategies for Success, is a brochure available to pro bono programs for distribution to volunteer attorneys. The brochure outlines eight tips to help attorneys understand and effectively serve their pro bono clients. It also identifies resources for further reading on the topic of working with low-income populations.

The ABA recently released two online, complimentary audio-cle programs -- Expanding Your Horizons through Pro Bono Mediation and Ethical Aspects of Providing Legal Advice and Legal Information -- designed to support the work of pro bono attorneys. ABA-CLE , the ABA Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service and its Center for Pro Bono produced these programs.
