Dispute Resolution
The ABA Section of Dispute Resolution recently released the Manual for Legal Services and Pro Bono Mediation Programs. The Manual, which the Section developed to assist legal services and pro bono programs in developing mediation programs, includes tips on funding and staffing a pro bono mediation program and integrating volunteers into a program.
